A boat like EMKA 29

Hello!

I'm very sorry that I'm writing English, hope it will not a problem, I do not speak German.

I'm going to buy a boat like EMKA 29 but by budget is very limited, last week there was an offer for one EMKA 29 of 1984 in Lübeck for 11 800 eur but I was late on this lot. Other boats listed on boards like boatshop24 and so on is older and more costly. Seem that in Germany is selling a lot of interesting boats but not all of them are listed in boards, that's why I would like to a from a community for an advice.
EMKA 29 from my point of view looks best between same price and size level, because it very comfortable (inside, on the deck and cockpit).
How do you think, is there a possibility to find in Germany the boat like EMKA 29, age 1984 or younger for the 10 - 12 thousands euro? What is the best way to look for a boat I need?

There are a lot of boats of the type 'carter 30' they are very cheap but nice. They have a lot of space inside.

There is also a boat called Phanton 30 on the marked (also from the same seller like the emka)

I was sailing on Carter earlier, yes, it's very comfortable boat inside, but EMKA seems much more comfortable on the deck and have better cockpit.

Why you choose EMKA too? Are you satisfied this boat? How do you think, am I have a chance to find an opportunity like you did?

I chooses the emka because of the small draft, and the new sails.
The boat has also a very good allover condition. Its not the size i had preferred (to small in length), but i think its a solid, comfortable and nice boat.
The is not the fastest one, but for a first start in sailing it would be ok for me

Of course you will have a chance. The way i do is to check the boat portals dayl, and looking for new ones with my preferred price. Same i did with the emka.

The carter in Kiel? Was it yours?

I do not have a boat not, I was sailing about a 15 years ago and now would like to return into this live. There is one Carter 30 for sale in Tallinn now for 10 000 eur of 1982 year, but it is in original state with old cabin interior, old sales. Only engine was changed 4 or 5 years ago and I'm thinking about this opportunity now but EMKA I like much more from all boats I looked on this year in my price/size levels.

Yepp, thats right other boats in the same price range looking much uglier then the emka.

There must also be an Charte in the Netherlands for 7500 Euro, and the codition is looking good (on the picutes). Also see on private mail.
