Mailschwierigkeiten nach HR

Ich versuche vergeblich, ein mail nach Kroatien zu schicken, um mein Quartier zu buchen.
Was zurückkommt vom MAIL DELIVERY SYSTEM sieht so aus:

Ich bin weder ein Computerprofi, noch spreche ich sehr gut Englisch.
Was bedeutet dieses Antwortmail????? Was soll ich machen??

Na dann sind die wohl mit meinem Geld auf Urlaub gefahren und feiern einen ab.
Ich denke, da muß ich jetzt täglich neue mail verschicken, so lange, bis die wieder da sind.
