Lanaverre 510 (L 17) information
Hi,
I can't write german, but hopefully you can write some english... I have been asking around on different european forums lately, trying to identify this new sailboat I just bought. I found my answer today... it's an Lanaverre 510 (L 17). You can see some pictures of it here: http://baatplassen.no/i/index.php?showtopic=25516 I've found pictures of some other 510's, but not like my boat. It seems that they were made in different versions with different cabin sizes. In the pictures I've found the cabin is smaller and there is either one or two windows on both sides of the cabin. I've got a version where the cabin is somewhat longer, with three windows on both sides. Some say my version is a newer construction, other say it may be an older version... i don't know... Even though I've found out what boat I have, I'm still seeking for more information. On what you may say? Well... let see: - First of all pictures of my version of the boat. I want to see how other boat looks like... mine is somewhat worn... I'm going to renovate it... - I have no idea of when my boat was built. Want information about what timespan they were built. - Generall information / spesifications of the boat. Information about the guys who built it is also interesting. Hopefully some of you knows something, or perhaps knows other places where I can seek information. Since the boat is french, perhaps some french forums? Anything you know is usefull!! BTW, I have the original sails, does the numbers on them mean anything? Can I use them for my search in anyway? Thank you in forehand for all the help you can provide? Twin

Hi Jan,
I'm sure... my main sail has got the 510 logo on it... and if you compare the hullshapes you can see it's the same boat. The cabins are shaped alike aswell... it's just smaller on the boat in the pictures you've found. I've also found the pictures you've found... still no one of my 510 version though.... Twin
