Ich habe mal den Support von Navionics zum Update angeschrieben und folgende Antwort erhalten:
Dear Sir,
In order to update your chart through our web store, it’s necessary to have a cartridge bought starting from January 2011.
To update older charts (e.g. bought in 2010) you have to contact a local dealer. Giving back the old one, and buying a brand new and updated 46XG, you will be granted 50% discount. Afterwards, you will be able to update this chart through the web store for free for 1 year from the registration.

Mein Englisch ist nicht das beste, aber ich deute die Antwort so, das nur mit Karten ab Auslieferung Januar 2011 ein Onlineupdate möglich ist.
